The taste, presentation and food quality were top-notch across the dining experiences. The buffet at The Trinity Square was reasonably priced, although the variety felt more limited compared with other luxury hotels. At Memories of China, the food experience was excellent, but the pricing was slightly on the expensive side.

The hotel offers a swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and other guest facilities. However, there is no dedicated Taj Club Lounge in Taj MG Road Bengaluru, unlike other Taj properties. For guests specifically expecting a club-lounge experience, particularly with higher room categories, this is a missing element.

Taj MG Road Bengaluru offers a refined luxury experience with warm hospitality, elegant surroundings, excellent food quality, and a convenient location. The dining experiences were impressive, although the buffet variety and pricing at some restaurants could be improved, while the overall facilities were strong with a few limitations compared with some other Taj properties. For our stay, the overall experience was comfortable, memorable and offered good value, earning a score of 93/100. For a non-suite stay, where Club Lounge access is not applicable, the score could go up to 97/100.
