A pleasant arrival and check-in experience overall. The hotel did not have information about our early check-in request, despite an email being sent to the reservations team, and check-in was completed only at the standard check-in time.

Beautifully maintained heritage spaces surrounded by lush greenery, creating a distinctive old-world luxury atmosphere.

🍽️ Dining Experience
Excellent food quality and service across the dining experiences. Restaurants such as Loya and the Machan buffet are on the expensive side compared with similar luxury hotels; Machan’s buffet also had comparatively less variety and no live counters.

Taj West End stands out for its heritage character, beautiful gardens, luxurious ambience, excellent food and strong overall hotel experience. The biggest shortcomings were pre-arrival communication and the pricing and variety of some dining experiences. Despite these issues, the hotel delivers a genuine luxury experience, and the 10/10 value-for-money score reflects the overall package received for the room rate, including breakfast and access to the hotel’s facilities and amenities.
