Additionally, an order placed at the tandoor live counter during brunch was never served, highlighting a lapse in service consistency.

While the hotel offers high-quality food and an impressive variety of dining options, recurring hygiene concerns due to flies over certain buffet sections at JW Kitchen, along with an unserved order from the tandoor live counter during brunch, affected the overall dining experience. A minor communication oversight regarding Executive Lounge inclusions also impacted the stay. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel’s elegant ambience, premium facilities and overall service contribute to a memorable luxury experience, earning it an overall rating of 95/100.
