With its sophisticated public spaces, well-maintained surroundings and distinctive hospitality, the hotel continues to be a destination for both leisure and business travellers.

Our stay at Artezia Bengaluru gave us the opportunity to experience the property firsthand — from its arrival experience and public spaces to its dining, facilities and overall ambience. While the hotel impressed us across several aspects, our review also considers the finer details of service and in-room convenience that shaped our overall rating.

🤝 Staff & Hospitality
A communication gap occurred regarding the ₹2,000 credit included with our stay. During check-in, we were informed that it could be used for any hotel service, including in-room dining. However, when we later ordered in-room dining, we were told that the credit was applicable only at restaurants and for services such as the salon and spa. The issue was eventually resolved after contacting the front desk, but the initial misinformation and inconvenience affected our experience.

Excellent cleanliness and maintenance throughout the room, public spaces and hotel facilities, contributing to a comfortable and well-maintained environment.

📱 Technology & Convenience
The room televisions are not smart-enabled, limiting access to modern streaming and entertainment features. Although Fire TV Sticks were available for guest use, the hotel did not have enough units to provide one for every room, and we were unable to get one during our stay.

The hotel offers an elegant luxury atmosphere, refined accommodation and premium facilities. However, the absence of welcome amenities in the room slightly reduced the sense of personalisation and the luxury experience expected on arrival.

Artezia Bengaluru delivers a luxurious stay with elegant public spaces, excellent dining, impressive facilities and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel’s prime location and comprehensive amenities contribute to a memorable overall experience. However, the miscommunication regarding the ₹2,000 stay credit, the lack of smart TVs and limited availability of Fire TV Sticks, along with the absence of welcome amenities, affected a few aspects of the stay. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel offers a strong overall luxury experience, achieving a rating of 92/100.
